Absolutely amazing experience. If I could give it more stars I would! I called and right off the bat Gary was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. However, I had to cancel last second due it getting impounded but when I called they were extremely understanding. I called again after getting out of the impound lot and Gary was still extremely friendly and helpful. The whole experience was great. They contacted me right away and were patient with me when it took me a bit to get back to them. Once the time was set I was called when Gary was on his way with the tow truck, which was great because I needed the reminder. Gary is super nice and made the process enjoyable. It also turned out that someone tried to steal the vehicle and the key wouldn't work, so a flatbed needed to be called. I felt like I wasted Gary's time, but he was incredibly nice and understanding. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical with the many 1 star reviews however I quickly discovered they could be disregarded. Initial response came within minutes. Communications with both Gary and Adam were professional at all times. Gary and Gary arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. We quickly came to an agreement (of course I would have loved to walk away with more money). The interaction didn’t last more than 20 minutes and they were on their way. I would absolutely approach them again should I have an older vehicle that I need to get rid of. Don’t let those 1 star reviews fool you! These guys are great
